Add one pint of Tomatillo Salsa to your crockpot along with four chicken breasts or pork roast. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, shred and ENJOY. Try with Pineapple or Mango Salsa for an island flavor!
Fill and roll tortillas with shredded cheese and rotisserie chicken. Line the filled tortillas in a casserole dish. Mix a tub of Tomatillo Salsa and 8 oz. of sour cream and spread over enchiladas. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. YUM!
Sauté diced chicken and one diced onion in a large pot. Add one container of Black Bean and Corn Salsa and two boxes of chicken stock. Simmer 20 min. Serve with shredded cheese, fresh lime, avocado, and tortilla chips. Olé!
Marinate 2 inch pork cubes in one container of Pineapple or Mango Salsa overnight. Alternate on skewers with pineapple and red onion. Grill and serve over rice.
